Following the completion of her studies in media and communication management, Lena began her career at a leading tourism PR agency in Munich in 2005, quickly advancing to the position of PR Manager and finally to Senior PR Manager for international destination clients in the U.S.A., the Caribbean, Australia and the Indian Ocean. The Indian Ocean in particular captured her heart, leading Lena to later accept a position as Manager Marketing & PR for the Mauritius-based Beachcomber Hotel Group in 2009. In 2013, she joined Lieb Management as Marketing & PR Director for several international destination and hotel clients of the agency, living her passion for tourism and diverse cultures in her everyday work.
