The CEO of Lieb Management is completely dedicated to the tourism industry. Ralf had started his career in 1988 and ever since has worked in many fields of tourism. He had gained his expertise by working for travel agencies and a well-known tour operator, before he broadened his knowledge in destination marketing over the past 15 years. With the ambition to present his clients a very individual service and efficient representation within Europe, he followed his passion and founded Lieb Management. Thanks to longstanding experiences Ralf is very enthusiastic to provide qualified and personal services as well as developing dynamic solutions with his creative and dedicated team.

On a personal level Ralf is dreaming of making his way to Antarctica one day as he is not just passionate about travel in his job but also loves to explore the world in his free time.
